We landscaped our front and rear gardens in 2017/18 using an award-winning designer and outstanding landscaping team. It was crucial for us to find an outstanding maintenance team to keep our garden looking amazing, and to maintain all aspects of the garden; lawns, trees, hedges, plants and hard landscaping. Andy Coxon, of “Your Garden Needs”, stood out for his knowledge of both the soft and hard landscaping elements of our garden. It was evident from meeting him that he would have the knowledge, capability and determination not just to maintain the garden, but also to suggest improvements going forward.
Andy and his team have excellent knowledge of the plants, hedges, lawns and trees and what needs to be done and when. Andy is continuously looking to improve and learn more about every aspect of garden maintenance and he regularly approaches us with suggestions about things to improve. We are confident that our precious garden is in very safe hands. Andy and his team have been instrumental in helping us develop our vegetable garden and under his guidance, it is going from strength to strength. We really enjoy the produce that we grow at home.
Andy and his team maintain very high professional standards at all times. This relates both to their work on the garden but also their punctuality, reliability, professionalism and courtesy. Invoices are emailed monthly and are prompt and easy to understand. We also appreciate Your Garden Need’s flexibility to step time in the garden up and down at different times of the year.
In addition, Your Garden Needs has taken on responsibility for managing and liaising with other contractors who work in our garden including the irrigation company and tree specialists. This is very helpful. They also take responsibility for sourcing plants and other materials. All of this means we can enjoy our garden, safe in the knowledge that we have a one-stop-shop maintenance service.
